Most Americas like drinking coffee every day in the morning. This is a proven fact just by the number of companies that have made huge businesses off the industry like Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Keurig and Green Mountain just to name a few. But there are also health benefits of coffee itself. I am not a doctor but here are the few things I have read and heard.

Researchers found that coffee consumption lowers the risk of liver cancer by around 40%.

In 2012 researchers found a link between coffee and a reduced risk of reported cases of oral cancer.
Helps with Heart Health
People who drink moderate amounts of coffee each are at an 11% lower risk of heart failure than those who did not.
In a Harvard study published in 2011, people who drank 4 or more cups of coffee per day had a 20% lower risk of becoming depressed
May Lower Stroke Risk
Some studies also show that drinking coffee may lower the risk of a stroke by 20%
Lowered risk of Alzheimer’s disease
There is considerable evidence that caffeine may protect against Alzheimer’s disease.
May Protection against Parkinson disease
Newer research out of Sweden revealed that drinking coffee reduces the risk of Parkinson’s even when genetic factors come into play.
Helps with Headaches
Drinking a strong coffee of coffee when you have a headache can help it go away faster as coffee is a natural way to get over a headache.
Rich in Antioxidants
Coffee is high in antioxidants. Studies show that many people get more antioxidants from drinking coffee than from fruits and vegetables combined.
